Red Hatters tend to be enthusiastic about the company and our projects, so I occasionally run into somewhat-snarky comments about us "drinking the Kool-Aid," as if we're members of a cult, repeating what we've been told to say. The truth is that any open organization fosters this kind of enthusiasm.
