Despite the number of attacks and flaws, Windows users will, for the most part, continue buying pcs with Windows installed or updating their current version because they know no better.

As *nixers, we should be advocating alternative OSes - especially to people who won't be affected by switching. People who just use an office suite, mail client and browser would benefit hugely by switching. We should all be handing out live cds and we should be showing people our systems. And then we should help them when they run into problems.
