Ah 2008, I hardly knew ye. Actually I knew ye quite well because there were certainly some personal Linux milestone moments. Profound? Hardly. Important? Personally, sure. Will they matter to you? I woke up one morning and I was booting up Slackware. I had been working on The GOS Ubuntu stuff for a week. Tears rolled down my cheeks when I logged in as root.
I had just come from the SUDO insane asylum I almost had a flash back. At least the colors would have been nice. Little things about linux make us happy.
