I did not see any reference to Linspire, Freespire, or a partnership on the linked page.

Maybe this is the story they meant to link.

I am a FOSS person, but I find myself in approval of Linspire's business plan. If you're going to align yourself with proprietary software companies, you should charge money for your distro.

Thank you for the link. One benefit of Linspire's CNR Warehouse is the ability to legally get a wide variety of proprietary software. I suspect that they will not get a lot of activity since the price is list and even the CNR Gold price is only $5 cheaper than retail. Still, it's a start.
