Java rocks without it I wouldn't be able to play Runescape.

Another great reason to use Debian the install is very simple:
apt-get install sun-java5-bin

The only manual tweaking required is with Seamonkey and Opera, as neither seem to be able to find it. No need to tweak Firefox, Konqueror or any other browser for that matter.

Luckily Sun Java has made it to non-free section of Debian, hasn't it?
