There are many tools which allow a group of users to collaboratively edit a document as a team. Etherpad is a web-based open-source document editor which enables you to collaborate on a document in real-time. Using Etherpad, a group of users can edit a text document via web browser simultaneously, and while doing so, one can see each otherís edits in real time.
