The developers behind Google Chrome OS, the forthcoming cloud-enabled operating system from the internet giant, have explained how they are dealing with a key need for any computer - how well it plays with the printer. With Chrome OS on course for arrival at the end of 2010, the details of how the operating system, which is all about cloud computing, will do familiar computing tasks are an increasingly important factor. Why does no blogger discuss the negative aspects of the cloud, rather than stupid technicalities in its implementation like this one ?

Maybe because there is something like 2 intelligent bloggers in the entire blogosphere? Really, Carla Schroeder is really the only IT blogger I've ever come across who isn't a complete idiot. Heck, she is one of the only bloggers I've seen that recognize that "the cloud" is really the third or fourth incarnation of mainframe/dumb terminal computing.
