LXer: Fedora 13: One day I love you, the next day you're pushing kernel updates that break my system

Published at LXer:

I realize that all the problems I'm having with Fedora 13's new kernel are potentially (and probably actually) of my own making. I've gone outside the Fedora and RPM Fusion repositories only when I absolutely needed to do so to bring or restore functionality to my system, but that's probably what made my particular system hard to upgrade thereafter. Think of this as a) a cautionary tale on running Fedora in production, b) a wild, geeky ride, c) sort of a learning experience (and I've got more to learn if I ever hope to make this all work correctly in the future), or d) all of the above.
