LXer: Creating Symlinks How and Why
Published at LXer:

As part of your Linux journey, you’ve probably heard of symlinks which are also known as symbolic links. I figured that since I fixed an error using symbolic links to setup an environment to allow my son to learn program. Part of this process forced me to use symlinks and I would like to share how and why one needs to create and use them.

Is it me or does he get it completely worng by calling all links "symbolic" and misunderstand what a hard link is? Also, the suggestion to use "rm -rf" to remove a hard link (he never specified) worries me -- wouldn't that remove all the files contained in a hard-linked directory?
Perhaps I'm being overly critical but it seems like a bad idea to publish a Linux how-to if you're a Windows user with little knowledge of Linux.

Sometimes deleting Symbolic Link makes confusion. Some info you get from below article.
rm in some scenario don't work. Remove Symbolic Link In Linux
