Often I am approached and asked the question, "How do I get people to change what they are doing, especially when it is always so incredibly clear that they do not want to?" As if I could understand or empathize with the situation and magic up a solution, I used to try to answer that question. I learned a few years ago that I'm not a wizard who has a perfect answer for every situation.
