I'm really disappointed in the behavior at openBSD. Reading through this forum, there are actually quite a few people defending the violation of the GPL. It's time for them to grow up and recognize that they made a mistake. The bcm43xx team offered to help, and they got tantrums and name calling in return.

Way to go open BSD.
