Come on, guys. Are you paid by NVidia for still not implementing va-api acceleration? I desperately need that for my laptop which really suffers from heat when watching flash videos.

I do this anyway for anything bigger than 480p, and my lappy has a VDPAU-supported NVIDIA GPU. I use Compiz as my WM, though, so VDPAU in Flash doesn't work for me anyway.

The only reason to have the flash plugin is: flash games and flash-only sites, both of which are optional.
