Not many mainstream PC manufacturers have a Linux preinstalled version of their products. But some do have and the there are many other not-so-mainstream providers of Linux preinstalled laptops, netbooks and PC's. Here are a few of them you should know.

So far perhaps I would consider getting a notebook from Emperor Linux. At least they seem to preload your choice of distro. Others just always default to Ubuntu, then again Emperor Linux 'recommends' Fedora. I'll stick with Slackware thanks. I will make a note of them when I have the $$ for a new notebook.
