XEN for running Windows

Anybody tried (and got working) XEN under SUSE 9.3

I'd love to try and get a minimal 'DOZE' system so I can run Photoshop CS2 (won't work under WINE) and Sony's SONIC STAGE media player (need that because the ATRAC3 Codecs have a lot of Sony's encryption and there is ZERO chance of this becoming open source or ported to Linux --there's not even a Mac port.

VMWARE is a bit expensive, doesn't always work properly and quite a resource hog.

XEN looks like it could be superior to WINE and get a lot more apps to run stably.

Cheers

Very interesting subject, in fact. But no, XEN has no support for Windows

Quote - "Unfortunately we do not currently support Windows; the paravirtualized approach we use to get such high performance has not been usable directly for Windows to date. However recently announced hardware support from Intel and AMD will allow us to transparently support Windows XP & 2003 Server in the near future. We are working on this and intend to have support available by the time the new processors are available."
