XBMC beta9.11b Does Not Load
 

Hi,

I've installed XBMC beta9.11 from the packman repository using yast. However, I am not able to start the application. I don't get any error or message when executing "xbmc". Also, xbmc.bin is occupying 99% of cpu. Is there something I need to configure or could find out what is causing it not to start? I've searched around but don't see anyone with the same issue.

I am trying this on Atom 330 CPU with ION gpu on openSuSe 11.2 x64. Nvidia driver is installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting a similar problem on openSUSE 11.2 (x86) with an nVid card, but I am at least getting a segfault message and a crash report (too long to post here). Nothing shows up as an error in the report, so I'm in the dark as much as you are!
