I have no .wma files to test this, but I have found a xmms-wma-plugin:
http://mcmcc.bat.ru/xmms-wma/xmms-wma-1.0.4.tar.bz2

After extracting it
$ tar xjf xmms-wma-1.0.4.tar.bz2
you should be able to
$ make install
Start up XMMS now; this should work.

I have tried it but i heard that there is some f****** encryption called drm, so i can't play some files. Usually works but not in this case. So i have to transcode them, maybe you can tell me a good program to do this.
