Win key doesn't work

I was trying to use the hotkeys functionlity in SUSE 9.1 . I could map any command using ctrl+ or Alt+ keys but Win+ key doesn't work. While defining key, when I press Win key, Win+ appears in the interface, but as soon as I press any other key, instead of showing something like "Win+x", it just shows "x" . I could do the same mappings in my office computer but not at my home computer.
Please Help.
