Wierd SDL problem with SuSE 9.3

Hi all,
I wanted to install the Linux version of Quake 4, so I downloaded and ran the quake4-linux-1.2.1.x86.run file.
It was installed in the quake4 folder under my home directory.
But when run the application I get this message:

WARNING: SDL_SetVideoMode failed: Couldn't find matching GLX visual

What could be the problem?

Did you install your 3D drivers?
