Thanks Zenarcher .... Smart Gui.04.1 work on machine ... I am able to download and install KDE Repositories ...

Thanks EclipseAgent ... repositories on Yast install source did not work ... still getting an error message ...

There seems to be a problem with the repos. I just tried adding a new KDE repo and it didn't work. I can't even broswe the site in Firefox, so I am positive the server has some sort of problem.
