These are the first lines in theoutput of the commando glxinfo:

What do you suggest me to do?

well it should be fine, i don't have 3d acceleration in xgl either, so anything i need 3d acceleration for (mostly games) i run them in a standard x server, google for xgame, it's a small perl script that lets you do that

The problem is that that the command "gnome-xgl-settings" complains:
"3D Acceleration: Disabled
3D Desktop: Disabled
Your graphics card is supported. However, in order to use Xgl, you need to first install a special video driver for your video card. Press the button below to start the YaST Software Management tool, which will allow you to download this driver."

However i have the propietary driver of nvidia installed.
I will try with another nvidia driver version.
