What is the difference between Remastered and GM

Hello
I have just finished downloading suse 10.1 CDs and upon checking for md5 sums i found that the files i have downloaded are like

SUSE-Linux-10.1-GM-i386-CD1.iso

while the files listed in the files are like

SUSE-Linux-10.1-Remastered-i386-CD1.iso

and of course i do not need to tell you that all the md5check sum values were not equal

and what is the difference between remastered and GM?
and where are the GM checksum values?

The remastered isos were released a few days ago. They contain all updates and bug fixes for Suse until beginning of October. I think they were released because of the package management fiasco.

Thank you reddazz
