What is a KDE header?

Is it because im running XGL compiz that i can't install superkaramba?

because when i do ./configure i get the error message saying

"checking for KDE...configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chose, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!"

if being in XGL is preventing me from using superkaramba is there another similar program i can use?

BTW i can't make my windows translucent when i move them i already checked that optiooon in the gnome-control-center.
what else do i need todo????

TIA!!

Nothing to do with Xgl, try installing kdelib-devel and kdebase-devel or to be safe, all the kde*-devel packages.
