What is a good graphics card for Suse?

I've read that Suse 9.2 is a beautiful OS...What is a good compatible graphics card that I could find to us its wonderful desktop?

Anything NVidia seems to work well.
Depends on your needs and budget really.

ATI not so good - will work but lots of mucking about and dodgy drivers, so far

I agree...if you have the money and plan on enjoying Tux Racer or F-117 Simulator to the fullest, go for an NVidia card. The NVidia drivers work well (http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux.html). I also use a Matrox G550, which has 3D accel support right out of the box...no need to install proprietary drivers.
