waiting for device ppp0 to become free, usage count=1

Hi Everyone!!!

Has anyone been able to use the "wondershaper" script on a ppp connection?

My SuSe 9.1 needs A REBOOT to be able to reconnect after I've run the wondershaper script.

I have tried almost everything - stopping it before disconnecting, etc.

No luck...

I would really love to have a quick fix without having to upgrade...

But I will if I have to... So does it work in 9.3?

Is it supposed to work in 9.1?

Any answers will be most helpful!

Thanks
Have a Day!!
