VMWare

Using VMWare, I've installed Suse 9.1 as guest in a Windows XP host.
However, I cannot get a USB storage device (Sandisk) working in the Suse guest system.
Can someone help ?

I have problems with getting usb-storage to work natively. Try doing a lsusb -v after plugging in the device and see if that helps. Of course, sometimes when I do that, the process just locks (blocks?) up (have to reboot to get that process unlocked). Also, thought this might seem weird, try doing an lspci -v and see if you can see the device.
