The system I am trying to install on is compaq deskpro (EXD/P866/10c/9/648A) with V570 Compaq monitor.

I feel if the right boot parameter(s) is passed at boot , it might solve my problem, but i do nt know what parameter to pass at boot. please can anybody be of help
