USB / digital camera problems in 9.2

I have tried two digital cameras which both worked fine under 9.1 and they both don't work under 9.2.
I can get thumbnails with a powershot G5, but can't download the images. (Not with the konqueror interface and also not with digikam)
Dmesg says things like

A Nikon D70 didn't work either.
I think this is a kernel problem, does anyone know a solution?
