unresolved dependencies

Unresolved dependencies:
Installing product:SUSE-Linux-10.1-FTP-EXTRA-10.1-0.i686[SUSE-Linux-10.1-FTP-EXTRA-10.1-0-20060826-000416]
There are no installable providers of suse-release-10.1 for product:SUSE-Linux-10.1-FTP-EXTRA-10.1-0.i686[SUSE-Linux-10.1-FTP-EXTRA-10.1-0-20060826-000416]

This is a strange one, the openSUSE 10.1.1 updater found some packages for updating (without my intervention), but it returns this error.

Another err of the same type. I downloaded the MicrosoftFonts.rpm and try to install it, however the same err was the result - there was no providers.

Is this one of the YOU bugs or i am doing something wrong?

Thanks!

No it's just a side-effect from using a distro without a decent
package manager

Seriously, try to install apt-rpm, you won't regret it. Good luck!
