Your previous posts here were also about trouble installing, but we never did find out any particulars about your hardware, only that it is an old 32bit. Can you provide a model number or anything to guide us on what you are working with? What do you mean by "xf"? At what point does installation stop? What did you do before the stoppage? What made you want or need to reinstall? No one here can divine what is going on there. You must tell us.
