Trying to install ndiswrapper on OpenSuse 10.3

I'm trying to get my Toshiba P205D-S7454 to run on OpenSuse 10.3. Everything seems to work except teh wireless. I tried Madwifi with no luck so switched to Ndiswrapper. While trying to update the Ndiswrapper I get the following error: "#### YaST2 conflicts list - generated 2008-02-09 10:57:51 ####

This would invalidate atom:kernel-default-2.6.22.16-0.2.i586.

(null)
Conflict Resolution:
( ) delete kernel-default

#### YaST2 conflicts list END ###"

My uname -r is: 2.6.22.16-0.2-default

lspci shows: 17:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5006EG 802.11 b/g Wireless PCI Express Adapter (rev 01)

lspci -n 17:00.0 Class 0200: 168c:001c (rev 01)

I haven't been able to make this wireless card work at all. What do I need to do?

Thanks,
Ken

An Atheros chipset should work with Madwifi???

You did install the madwifi-kmp package not just madwifi, right?

Anyway, I use ndiswrapper for my BMCW43* on my laptop. I just use the package from the repositories there too without any issues. Seems like for a week or so recently though the kernel version and the ndiswrapper module weren't happy with each other.

Everything seems fine now.
