T42 with fingerprint reader for SUSE

Hi, there,

I am now using a toshiba satellite with SUSE 9.2.

I am planning to buy a T42 with fingerprint reader. Do you know whether it could cause some problems in logging in and running because of the extra chips ?

Thanks a lot.

B

thanks

Thanks for your reply. I joined the email list.

I think I will just go ahead and buy it. I know it's too new and unique to be supported by linux. Just hope I could install linux on it without too much trouble.
