suse10.0 on dell insprion 9100

As you can see I'm running suse10.0 on my dell insprion 9100, is there a way to get my volume and mute buttons working?? I've already chose the dell keyboard in KDE control panel but that didn't work. On my 8600 I had the chioce of i8xxx keyboard and that works but that choice is gone in 10.0. Any suggestions??

Thanks

Erick

IIRC this is mixer dependant. I use Kmix, so in that I click on Settings, Configure global shortcuts...
