suse delta iso´s

I still have the suse 10.1 beta.1 iso´s.
Can I apply the newest delta iso´s (now at RC3) to these beta releases?
Or should I have release candidate version?

No.
You have to download RC1 and then you can apply RC1 to RC3 Iso with the following command:
applydeltaiso <old iso> <delta iso> <new iso>.
