Exclamation Suse 9.3 Various Packages Dont Install. Help!

Alright so I have this laptop its a Toshiba Satellite not really sure what model it is though. Anyhow during install certain packages fail, i'm selecting just the basic install which is around 2GB or so. I've tried changing from KDE to Gnome, Installing in Safe Mode, and with ACPI disabled. There isnt XP or anything on the 30GB HD.

I'm just really confused because it isnt like its the same packages that fail its different ones everytime. Any help is greatly appreciated, only reason I wanna stay with Suse is because I know it supports the internal modem.

Is there some reason why you're using 9.3 and not 10 or 10.1?
