Suse 9.3 ATI Moblity Radeon 9700 Dell Inspiron 9200

I recently installed Suse 9.3 I have gone through all the procedures to install the xorg linux driver on my laptop with Suse 9.2. However, with Suse 9.3 when I try to force the RPM file it gives me

linux:/home/efuller/Desktop # rpm -Uh --force fglrx*
error: Failed dependencies:
fglrx conflicts with fglrx_6_8_0-8.12.10-1

But the version it says it conflicts with is the version itself... strange. Prehaps the driver is already installed I just need to configure it? Help Please!

Okay I downloaded the Xorg driver from the Suse site, and that one had no conflict. It loaded, but I have no fglrx file to run sh make.sh. Where do i go from here?
