Suse 9.2 Network Install

I downloaded the 9.2 network install boot cd. When I run it I always get to the part where it asks for the IP address of the server.
Where do I find that or how do I get it.
I know of several sites that I can ftp into the trees and get to
where I want, but without the IP address I can't install.

Somewhere back in early version 9.1 I found a writeup by a nice
person that walked you through the network install step by step.
I need it again.

Do you have a running Windows machine? Type nslookup <server> or ping <server> on command-line to get the IP.

I suppose you run the 'Manual Installation', since this requires the IP instead of name resolved address. But if you get your IP from DHCP, you may run the installation directly from the grub menu by typing something like install=ftp://server/path/to/9.2 (not sure about the syntax).
