suse 9.2 and scim
Hi,
Anyone use scim? I am trying to get scim to work with kde. I installed all the scim packages from the CDs including skim, but nothing happens when I try to "trigger" it with crtl+space. I had a look at the processes running and it seems to be running.. from "ps ux" " 5504 0.0 2.8 54216 14516 ? Ss 17:01 0:00 /usr/lib/scim-1.0/scim-launcher-daemon simple all socket 0 none none --no-stay" The strange thing is that I don't even see a panel thing on the bottom corner of the screen. I use to use scim on FC2, just install and 'scim-setup' and works fine. Any I missing anything here? Cheers. |
Have you found the solution? I tried SUSE9.2 with scim and it worked very well. But I do not have my notes at home. I will have a look my office to see if those notes still there. I am not using SUSE atm.
