SuSE 9.1: Disk backup to CD/DVD?

Is there anyone who can recommend a package to create a bootable backup DVD (or set of CD's) I can use to duplicate a SuSE 9.1 installation?
I managed to do disk-to-disk copies with PC Inspector Clone MAX and g4u, but what I really need is a DVD or CD set I can send to my overseas customers which they can pop into the drive, boot and have the system restored to a fresh hard disk with minimum user interaction. Tried Norton Ghost 2003, but it doesn't seem to copy all of the disk since, after a disk-to-disk the new copy stops with "GRUB" as the last message.
I don't mind if creating the recovery DVD requires manual labor, but the restoration process should run automatically after the obligatory "Are you sure?" prompt.
Freeware would be fine, but there is money in the bank, as well.

System specs:
SuSE 9.1 on Maxtor DiamondMax 8 HD 40GB
hda1: 394MB swap
hda2: 39-odd GB reiserfs
