suse 9.1 boot issue


i turn on the computer and instead of the usual grub loader option menu i get a kind of bash shell . What i did was to reboot the computer and boot the iso cd after chose rescue mode .. Well any idea how to fix grub ???

This happened to me also. It turns out that I was pointd Grub in the wrong direction. If you could post your grub config, I would be mroe than happy to give you my two cents on the subject.

Im in this "Minimal BASH-like line editing" at the moment . Do i have access for the grub config file ?
