It might, if I understood it. All I want is the shutdown option that is normally found on the KDE menu (when selected to be "on" through the control center) to be there.
Should this be, or has it been, reported as a KDE bug?
Thanks for the info. I have a few marks on my forehead as well -- its a Linux thing. Now that you've forsaken Nero and the evil empire the next ISO burn will be very easy. Just click on the ISO file and k3b comes up set to burn a bootable CD.
Sorry, I am a newbie and downloaded the eval 10.0 to look at it. I burned the iso file onto DVD for the 64 bit version of Suse 10.0 and everything there appears to be all right. But when I try to reboot off of the DVD it never sees it. I looked for possibly a copy protect or something else in Nero 6.0 that was causing a problem. But have not found anything. File size looks correct. And it sees the burned iso on the DVD.
Independent of what I do in the Bios, it always kicks me out to the virtual A drive when the Suse 10.0 DVD is in the drive. I contacted HP since it is an HP Pavilion zv6000. But they did not know why I am having the trouble.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Hi,
Don't burn it with Nero. I had problems burning bootable DVD's with Nero, cause they won't boot. Try another program.
