Suse 10+ Fluxbox=???

I like SUSE 10...actually I love SUSE 10! Its a nice solid distro and was an easy transition from MS. I have tried GNOME,BLACK BOX and KDE which is very nice but FLUXBOX caught my eye. I enjoy it very much and it seems very lightwieght since I have only 448 MB of ram and a PIII 450 mghz Dell Xps.Sadly I'm a n00b and have no idea how to add appz to its menu. I want to add Opera and K3b...maybe hook it up so that I can have those nice transparent themes. Either way I have no idea where to start. Can someone give me some help please? I searched this forum and didn't find anything useful thus far...thanks in advance.

In your home directory, there should be a directory called .fluxbox and inside it (or in a sub-directory inside it), there's a plain text file called menu (or something very similar). You can edit that to add items to the menu. The format of the file is very simple. Edit: the folder won't show up if you just run ls; you'll need to do a "ls -a" to see it in the terminal.

Thank you, but this menu seems a but of a task...I have no idea what to really edit though it has some instructions, this doesn't seem very n00b friendly :(
Can I get a better example please?

I'm checking out that link! I'll be back hopefully with results.
