Suse 10.0 On Dell Dimension 9100

Hi,
I'm trying to install suse 10.0 (64 bit) on a dell dimension 9100. Installation procedure seems to go well - except for the fact the YasT doesn't recognize my monitor (a dell 1905FP) and set it as a generic VESA - but at the end, at the first KDE login, I see only wrong colors and wrong resolution (only a left-high quarte of the desktop is visualized in the whole monitor).
Booting in failsafe mode, if I access to Yast by the shell, I can do everything but if I select "graphic card and monitor" the system stop.
I think problems are related to the monitor or to the graphic card (an NVIDIA GeForce 6800).

Can anibody help me?????? Thank you...

My DELL 1905FP is not recognized either, I just use a LCD default monitor that can do 1280x1024.

Hi,

1. Download http://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html
-> NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-7676-pkg2.run

2. Do the installation:
sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-1.0-7676-pkg2.run -q

3. Configurate this:
sax2 -m 0=nvidia (0 is a digit, not a letter!)

4. Have a nice day :)
