see if you can download the xorg-dev or xfree86-dev rpm's or download the source of xfree86/xorg and install it. when you install something from the source it needs parts of other packages sources (dependencies) and if you got a binary of the dependency you need the headers which are in the dev packages (example: packagename-dev.rpm)

Superkaramba requires many dev librarires for compiling from the sources. You may try to install it from RMP: http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/rpm-...Fsuperkaramba/

yup finally I can install superkaramba with rpm.....
rpm always the easiest way to install packages
