Some weird error message

Code:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
This appears no matter what I am trying to install from source, any kind of program.

What does it mean, and how can I fix it?

Thanks!

You need to install the RPMs associated with KDE Development. You can use
YaST to find the Selection for installing these.
