SLES 11 on z/VM

Hello

We installed SLES11 on z/VM 5.3 on an Lpar on z10 EC. We took just one volume( Mod 9 Volume on DS 8100 with approx 9 GB space) to do the linux installation. We had named this DASD as LNX192. During the installation of SLES11, we created three Mdisks off LNX192 namely:

MNT191 for 191 Disk
MNT200 for 200 Disk
MNT201 for 201 Disk

It was working fine until an IPL. After an IPL, we could see this LNX192 as MNT191 when we query dasd in MAINT login. Linux is not able to recognize the 191 disk now. What could be the possible reason.

Any inputs on this.

Regards
forzvm
