Screen goes black at startup

I just installed Suse 10.0 and everything seemed to go fine. After bootup the screen goes black. I have a Winbook J1 and during installation I set the monitor settings to:


I also tried to launch yast and the screen went black from failsafe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

could be display probing proble...get to command line.type sax or sax2 to reconfig ur display option..
