Sax2 now broken after latest updates

I cannot run Sax from Yast after the lastest updates. It just sits there and does nothing after loading device info. Flashes up that quickly I can't see it.
There must be a error log some where but any ideas how I can fix this????

Have you updated to the factory packages? I've experienced problems with those packages - too bleeding edge for production use. I suggest you downgrade the relevant RPM packages to the version you had before that worked.

Problem is I can't remember which ones they were. Since I can run sax from the command line means I probably can leave it until the next update comes along.

Found some updates for the updates and it now works again.
Sounds like Windows doesn't it. Eeeek.

Yes, after trashing my system last week by updating to the opensuse 10.3 beta KDE packages once too many, I have sworn only to update core packages (kernel, KDE, xorg, wifi, anything that I don't know what it is) once the new release goes gold by full install, and am busy writing myself a list of rules for it!
