Running Dazuko In Klamav

I installed Clamav and Klamav and set Klamav to 'Enable Autoscan'. It then wants to lode module 'Dazuko' and asks for password. It says if you don't want it to ask for password every time to add 'modprobe dazuko.o' to 'initialization' scripts. My question is where are 'initialization scripts'?

If you are on Suse you can do this via Yast:

Yast>system>System Services

See here for other distro's

I opened 'YaST>System>System Services' and that looks like you can change things that are already on the list but 'modprobe dazuko.o' isn't on the list. I need to find where to add to the list. I'm going to see if I can open 'System Services' in a text editor.

Here's what did work for me.

"This link may help. It is what I followed to install the Dazuko kernel."

I did get something from this link that did work from the FAQ post by Hawkeye titled "Unofficial SUSE RPM". In my case all I had to do was:

Open YaST2>System > Kernel > MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT and add 'dazuko capability'.

That simple. Installing Clamav and Klamav with YaST2 had already done everything else.:)

How did you add it MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT? Clear the window on the right and add it?

DO NOT CLEAR THE WINDOW ON THE RIGHT!!!!!!!

Actually I missed a step in my demonstration:

Yast Control Center>System>etc/sysconfig Editor>then in the left pane select the + sign by System>then select the + sign by kernal>then in that list select>MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT

Then in the right pane You will see 'Settings of: MODULES_LOADED_ON_BOOT' in the entry box RIGHT UNDER THAT LINE enter 'dazuko capability' then select finish. Then you should be able to reboot with Klamav running automatically without it asking for your password.

Thanks for the reply. I think I've got bigger problems. I downloaded and installed the kernel source and am attempting to install dazuko, (wasn't compiled) when I installed Antivir I thought everything would be installed but apparently not. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=363820
