Reconnect to pts/0
I was connected via SSH (on colsole pts/0) and ran YOU (in text mode).
I was installing updates (including a kernel update) and then a network error ocurred and the session was interrupted.
It happened just when it was waiting for me to say OK on the message
"After patches are installed If you are using the LILO bootloader, please execute
/sbin/lilo after installing the update kernel and prior to rebooting."
1. Can I somehow reconnect to pts/0, now that my current session is running on pts/1 ?
2. I assume all updates are installed (running YOU again shows no new updates needed). Also the running kernel is different than the installed rpm
# uname -r
2.6.5-7.111.19-default
# rpm -qa | grep kernel
kernel-default-2.6.5-7.111.30
Am I safe, just to reboot ?

If you are using lilo, run it first. Otherwise, you should be safe to reboot.

Thanks, I am running grub, so I guess I am OK.
I am still curious, though, is it possible to connect to pts/0?
