Reasons to upgrade

Is there a thread that tracks improvements in SUSE versions? I am currently using 9.1 personal which I find stable and easy to install from a single CD. But I wonder what extra features I might get by installing 9.2 or 9.3. I would hate to upgrade only to run into problems or be disappointed with buggy newer versions of application software.

Don't upgrade to 9.2
The only reason I'm no longer a SusE fan is becasue of 9.2. It was like Windows ME.

The main reasons to upgrade a distro though would be:
- New Window Manager / X system release
- New Kernel version

Most of this can be upgraded through YaST, or by compiling it yourself. And always remember, if your happy with what you have, don't change it.

<edit>
Oh yeah, I don't think there is a thread that tracks the changes. If it exists, I've never seen it.
